The workshop invoices Svift exactly as it would invoice its own customer. Svift passes that on to the customer with our fee added on top. The workshop is paid within 14 days.

Reclamations and complaints

Svift support handles the first line and resolves most things quickly and informally. Behind that, every order carries a complete digital record: the original order description, timestamped photos at pickup and hand-back, every approved change request, and the full message thread. A reclamation is settled on documentation, not on recollection. Cases open directly in the workshop's dashboard with a clear deadline, and recurring patterns are flagged so the root cause gets fixed rather than repeatedly compensated.

How do I get customers?

Svift provides a complete driver dashboard that intelligently lists customers with automatic route calculation that avoids traffic and optimises the run, powered by Mapbox. The workshop simply does what it normally does.

What if the work deviates from the order?

Accepted Answer

The workshop sends a short inquiry to the customer with a new price suggestion. These are typically answered within 1–6 hours. If the customer rejects it, the workshop returns the item and charges its normal transport/diagnosis fee, exactly as it otherwise would.

What does it cost to join?

No upfront cost and no monthly fee. Our fee sits on top of your price, and you only pay when you get jobs through Svift.

Do I have to change the systems I use today?

No. You work the way you do now. Svift handles pickup, customer contact and the logistics around the job.

How long does onboarding take?

Who handles customer communication?

Svift handles first-line customer contact and status updates. You only communicate when a job needs a technical clarification, through the short inquiry in your dashboard.

What happens if a customer doesn't pay?

You invoice Svift, not the customer, and you're paid within 14 days. If a customer doesn't pay, that's between Svift and the customer, not your problem.

Can I cap or pause volume when I'm busy?

Yes. You control your capacity and can pause new jobs in the dashboard when you need to.
